Our Story
Redefining What Engineering Can Be
Obnovit was founded by Shane and Mary with a shared belief that engineers and technical leaders deserve more than being buried in repetitive, low-value work.
We did not start Obnovit to be an AI company. We started it because we are engineers, and we saw something broken in how our industry works.
After more than a decade in engineering, sales and customer service support, we had a front-row seat to the problem: talented engineers spending 60% or more of their time on administrative work. Shane leads Obnovit’s AI training delivery, client strategy, and content development. He has personally implemented AI across 40+ engineering projects and trained teams ranging from 10-person firms to 200-person organizations.
