Where is the constraint limiting throughput today. Which workflows consume senior time without increasing value. Where rework, handoffs, or waiting dominate cycle time.
At that point, AI becomes precise. Not random prompts. Not scattered pilots. Instead, it becomes targeted reinforcement of the constraint holding the system back.
This is why firms that lead with training, tooling, and governance consistently outperform those that do not. They do not chase tools. They build capability first. They earn ROI instead of hoping for it.
Real operators do not ask, “Which AI should we buy?” They ask, “Is our team already using it, and are we guiding that usage toward the constraint that actually matters?”
